We use UPS Ground to deliver our orders, which arrives between 2-3 business days depending on location. See transit map for transit times for your area for more info.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct address so UPS can deliver packages. If you give us the wrong address and the order is returned, shipping charges are non-refundable. In addition, you will be responsible for payment of any additional shipping charges to have your order re-sent to you.

Minimum Order: Kindly note that your cart total must be $50.00 or more (not including shipping).
Freight: UPS is our usual ground carrier. If your order can be shipped at a lower price by truck line carrier, we will contact you to set up the arrangements.
Refunds, Claims and Shortages: If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, a full refund minus shipping charges will be made provided the merchandise is returned within 7 days in its original packaging. No merchandise will be accepted without a return authorization. Returns on decorated or washed garments will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Claims: All claims for damages, shortages, must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
